Nebraska Extension ServSafe Food Handler is a 4-hour food safety course for food service workers. Nebraska Extension provides the only in-person trainings which are required for food handlers.
Training topics will include:
basic food safety
personal hygiene
cross contamination & allergens
time & temperature control
cleaning and sanitation
