Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Good records are the foundation of sound business management. This program focuses on developing and maintaining accurate financial records, including cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements. Participants will learn how these financial tools work together to measure business performance, track financial progress over time, and identify strengths and areas for improvement. Emphasis will be placed on using financial records to create meaningful benchmarks, compare performance against industry standards, and support informed management decisions. By turning records into actionable information, producers can improve strategic planning, evaluate opportunities, and strengthen the long-term financial viability of their operations.
